Should we consider switching out Parker for Quinn if Commanders sack him?

We had Diggs and Parsons in their prime. Talent matters. We were declining. Even at the end of his tenure here. If we have some good impact players, yeah, he's pretty good. But I don't believe we have that right now.

Think of Buddy Ryan. With the Bears and Oilers he was king. He knows how to take full advantage of his talent. But there has to be talent. When he coached the Cardinals and tried his 46 defense, they fell flat.

With Quinnen Williams and Downs? Could be fun. And Malachi Lawrence has quietly been getting to the QB more than anyone else on our squad (even if he hasn't gotten the sacks yet). There are pieces for Quinn to work with. And there are pieces that Quinn working with would help Parker be more successful. It probably helps, and what's the worst that can happen?

If the Commanders sack Quinn....... should we consider switching out Parker for him? Don't get me wrong, I am trying to be patient with Parker, but if we can bring back Quinn in some capacity, that might help our defence? He knew how to make our defence good.

Legit, if Washington sacks Quinn, the Cowboys may have won without playing today. If nothing else, him and Parker would make a great tag team. Quinn's specialty is dline. Parker is supposed to be good with secondary. Those two working together. We might be able to make our D much better quickly.
NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember talking about Mccarthy Was it the playoffs blaming Prescott and whomever, For not being smart enough to get down spike it, by the way was the referee's fault, and the clock, which had no time out, and he sat here I said you sat here some of you all criticized as bad coaching and that's bad quarterking,

We want that over here? This was even worse although it's not play out game but they always had no chance to get lined up and even try fuel there again San Francisco but definitely today

He's been a Joker dude I already told you somewhere else he's a Joker You cannot undermine Kristen Parker so somewhere private yes someone come in here cut the legs out from under Parker Not in the season no. By the way he's still coaching Washington did he get fired Is there something I mean I mean this is paramount to rediclous, because he's not even available..

Absolutely not not middle of the season something in the offseason may be done let's let play out first let me try to do it in house They have a big staff here and they can call in a consultant, that's very very private, not what you're thinking.

It's not undermining. It's giving him a better chance to succeed. Parker's specialty is secondary. Quinn's is pass rush. We're actually doing better at stopping the run than we have. So, Quinn would have to focus on is pass rush. We have pieces for him to work with try to make it work. We are not good on D as it is, so it's not like it can be much worse. To me, it can work.

Maybe. This all remains to be seen. How good is Downs? He's a rookie. As of right now it's not looking good. Is it all coaching? Or can some of it be talent, or lack there of?

Actually this was shades of Matt Eberflus when he was Bears coach a few years ago. Did something similar in just letting the clock expire.

The NFL is getting full of mental midgets in the coaching ranks.
I don't know that it happened i've seen people call timeouts when you didn't have any Trying to get around the system but I've seen others forward even the NBA, When you're coaching in the moment and it's live and it's pressure sometimes you might have a little bit of Brainfart, It's known to happen to even better coaches and in bigger moments..

But doesn't matter that's a bad idea is that something that DQ get fired and available or are we talking about the end of this season route chris Parker this step needs time Get it done in house and then maybe some changes made after the season but right now no I see a big fat it's too soon too many injuries, joey Porter junior, hasnt got in sync,

I mean, the pass rush scheme isn't working rn. If Quinn becomes available, I think we have pieces to work with, and I think just having him focus on his specialty becomes a massive advantage for Parker.

Exactly, and with some of the pieces we have, it can't hurt to try if Washington lets go of Quinn .
Parker seems to be deer in high beam headlights right now. Don’t know if Washington would cut bait with him now but that blunder at the end, anything would be seen as a possibility.

Yes it is... nope.. If they wanted to retread and a student they would have done so , hes the BOSS and a coach like DQ is a bad look for the players , lose respect for CP.. I'm telling you you're WRONG!
. and it's NOT gonna happen.

Still waiting to figure out how Dan Quinn is gonna come here and he still had a job..lmao

Like he would do that like forgive and immediatly sign here..lmao..nope.

You couldn't be more wrong I don't think you understand what it means to have TWO head chefs in the name kitchen that doesn't work

That is a way the rest of the coaching staff and players would view it,

i'm telling you just stop it it's not happening anyway so this is my last reply to this thread it's not happening so that the big no and it's ridiculous..

He helped get us into the playoffs all 3 years he was here. His specialty happens to be where we are weakest. That specially actually can help benefit our DC who's speciality is secondary. With a better pass rush, the secondary likely becomes more successful. I'm not saying he'd be DC the rest of this season. But him assisting Parker? We might have something, and it's an easy transition for him.
Damn, wipe the drool off your face. You ask for opinions and then argue all the ones that don't kiss Quinns azz

Let me clarify the second paragraph here to make my position clear. This is ASSUMING that Washington sacks Quinn. To me, our pass rush scheme isn't getting home right now as it is. Parker's specialty is secondary. So, maybe, if Quinn can develop a better pass rush scheme for us, it becomes an advantage for Parker. Especially with JPJ, imagine what he and Bland (as bad as he's been) can do if our pass rush is routinely getting home. And, if it doesn't work, oh well, we probably are changing coaches like we are on track to doing anyway. But, if it works, all of a sudden, our D should be better, which becomes good for us as the season goes on. We can't lose by trying it imo.

Parker wanted to do that, He would do it himself I'm literally he doesn't need to come out here whisper in his deep that he should pass rush better create more pressure,

like I'm pretty sure he knows that that's an option and you act like he does not that's what I'm talking about undermining that's exactly what he doesn't need here It's so enforcing him to do something he doesn't choose to do that make DQ to his boss..

If Jerry Jones wanted it to happen he would suggest him park may some workers was suggested to burger but we don't need to bring an outside voice too whisper in his ear to blitz more LMAO

he had that in mulitple places, but now its his show.....

Sorry lol, I'm just having a rush of ideas lol. Maybe it's not a great idea, but it's giving me more and more ideas with this lol.

I don't know. I actually thought we put a modicum of pressure on the no name QB on Tampa. But guys were breaking wide open all over the field.

Think about it, as bad as the Eagles look so far, snatching defeat from the jaws of victory, do you think we'll hold the Jaguars to 10 points midway through the 4th? With any DC? They'll probably put up 30+ on us.

I looked over the schedule. I think we win 3 to 4 more games this year.

The Jason Garrett award for Clock Mismanagement goes to . . . . Dan Quinn.
Jason Garrett was so bad when I did predictions for the year i would go 11-5 or 12-4 then i would go back and take 3 away because of garrett and end up with 8-8 or 9-7

He would alone cost us 3 games per year
