It'd be cool if the mouseover on the alerts gave a snippet of the response instead of the now-understood notification that there may be other unread posts after the alert-post. It would save clicking into the thread to confirm if a post is actually new.

how come no join date on our avatar area? some guys can have 10k posts but a 6 month megaposter member, and some since the place started in 04 but much fewer posts?

One feature I miss from the previous format was that when you hovered over a forum link a small preview of the first post would appear.

You have to click on a members profile page to see their join date. It would be nice to have it below the avatar like we had in the old format. I miss not seeing how many members are viewing each forum like we had with the old format. On game day there would be over 1400 viewing the fan forum. Hopefully that feature will eventually be added here.

You should still be able to hover over the thread to view the first post now.

Man, I hate the spell checking on my phone. I'd tried turning it off but it was slightly worse than with it on....only slightly. I want to be able to talk to my phone and get it to do what I want.

Those are trophy points. Think of them like Achievements in a game. Right now, only the default trophies are being used, but I will be adding more trophies in the near future.

Ah, that reminds of yahoo fantasy football how they award out trophies/awards for random things i.e. trash talking, trades, winning multiple games, etc. That is pretty cool. I noticed that I find myself checking my alerts every time I log in now... so that was a very cool feature as well. It's nice to see who liked your posts or who quotes you on threads etc. You really knocked it out of the park with this upgrade!

I'm glad you like it! I have more things planned, but there is more work to do with the existing things like the trophies first.

I'm not sure if this had been asked, but if I get "benched" how will I know and how will others know like the last forum showed. It's not a big deal, I was just wondering because the old forum would show which users got the ax for a day or two.

I imagine it will be the same way. We'll see though the first time someone gets benched Everyone seems to be following the rules better since the new site launched at least for the most part.
