I've read it had that effect on some people. For me , energy stayed the same and I actually pooped less in the beginning (probably from lack of fiber).
For everyone, wheat/flour based stuff causes digestive problems because the stuff makes small incisions through your intestines.

BTW, there is no need for any dietary supplements -- vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc, unless there is a documented deficiency.
A healthy diet contains more than we need of those items, and adding extra (especially in megadoses) just impairs the liver and kidneys
from optimal performance.

best diet you can eat. wheat/flour based products im also apparently allergic to...makes my heart run 120-130bpm and my BP skyrockets.
