Just to add, Ben Rogers was in the locker room talking to players after the game and Dez told him that romo was more fired up Than he was on that final drive, said it fired him up. He also said wr group let the team down today and that romo knew exactly what the Vikings defense was going to do....said he was telling them what they were going to do.

I heard an interview with Marshawn Lynch the other day on the radio. He said that when he got drafted by Buffalo that he thought he was going to New York City where Jay Z hangs out.

When he got to Buffalo, he realized that he was very mistaken "I don't know nuttin bout no snow".

I assume you are being sarcastic. Dez not knowing what almost ever kid ages 10+ in America who watches the NFL knows -- that you can't take your helmet off in that situation is on one person Dez -- it has nothing to do with the coaches.

If a 10 year old knows that, then it should have been taught to Dez during past training camps or past seasons, unless you think Dez thinks like a 10 year old?

IMO, the first thing that a coach should do is teach a team the rules of the game, then the game itself. And if Dez REALLY did not know that, then, yes, it is on the coaches, IMO.
