I would put Dallas @ #1.
Nobody with the resources that the Cowboys have should suck for this long.
Agreed. #1 by a mile.

Listening to NFL radio this morning, Ross Tucker ranks Dallas #3 behind Miami and Cleveland as most dysfunctional organization in the NFL. Agree or disagree?
Resources don't mean zilch when there's a salary cap.I would put Dallas @ #1.

Gotta agree that Miami and Cleveland clearly lead the race. After that one could argue a couple of teams like the Jags and Skins but we certainly are in contention.
Bills have to be in there somewhere too. Any day now, Ralph Wilson could croak, and there's no good plan in place for what happens when he's gone.
We're absolutely a train wreck right now, and it all comes down to one person. We have a lot of advantages that other teams don't have, and there's no reason why we shouldn't be a contender every year (somewhat like the Patriots).
Actually Ralph Wilson "retired" around this time last year and handed over the team operations to Russ Brandon.

You can still afford the best coaches and front office... Basically you can buy the best of everything except the players on the field.
But here, being comfortable is what matters.
How is that any greater advantage than any other team?
How is being able to afford the best coaches and front office an advantage over teams like Jacksonville and Buffalo? Really?
Taking Jerry out of the equation, I'd be curious to know what makes them dysfunctional. That can't be the only reason. 90s Cowboys off-field stuff would warrant that ranking.
The current incarnation of the Cowboys are actually quite boring.
