Cleveland was a mess but Brian Hoyer found ways to connect to Gordon and Cameron. Weeden is just horrible and only played cause Hoyer tore his ACL.

Heh, well, thanks but it wasn't that hard to make an educated guess about. I know Jerry is still tight with a lot of people who were very familiar with him at Okie State. And I'd heard that Norv liked his arm talent and thought he was a good fit for his down-the-field offense, he just got hurt and got sacked too often. Some of that is his fault to be sure, and if he can't develop, you just move on.

I'm just not big on paying a backup QB much money. If Romo gets hurt, we're screwed anyway.
