Not in Seattle just yet. Decision to come this weekend.

Per BSPN radio & Adam Schefter.

So, he could still join Melton and the Boys.

Who knows what's really going on, but it seems like he's trying to milk out every penny he can.

I don't get the feeling the Cowboys are interested now with Melton on board.

Sure at some crazy cheap price, sure.

But that isn't going to happen.

"Who knows" is right. In Dallas he would be more of a focal player. The guy on the DL. In Seattle he'll just be a rotation guy but have a better chance to win. And he can get PED's right from the HC. No way for us to know the money differences.

We will have to wait and see.

i get the feeling the idea of retirement is REALLY interesting him at this point. either that or he is convinced that he is worth a certain $$ amount

I agree. He is trying to hit that middle sweet spot between Ware's contract and Peppers contract. He might be too late for that kind of money though...

i feel like sea probaly offered the lowest and the cowboys or another team offered him more. he went back to see if they would match or at least get in the ball park. they obvious didnt match or i feel like he would have signed. now hes mulleting over. ultimately i think he signs with the hawks

I hope Jared decides to come to the Star. We need him badly.

This will also help Dallas with the draft as well. If he is signed they still need to select Jernigan or Donald if available. The dline could become a strength if this occurs.

I snicker about the money.. The dude just finished his 6 year 69 million dollar contract with Minny in which he made every penny, which is hard to do in this day and age outside of QB's.

I want him though, but can't blame him for wanting to win more. If we could get him and add Donald in the draft the Dline will be a force. I'm still not convinced Melton's knee isn't going to still swell on him. He will be a full year removed by late September.
