USA Today's 2014 Season Prediction

No way! Dallas isnt that bad. They will be at Least 6-10 7-9. Looks to me that he's off on a lot of teams records imo.

Please, we were 8-8 with the worst defense in the history of the world. We've gotten younger. You can't get worse than we were on defense last year.

I believe Dez, Terrence and the O-line will be better. I'm not buying what they're selling. We are the Dallas freaking Cowboys. They better ask somebody. Heads are gonna roll if we get anywhere near 4 & 12 before 6 games are played. Jerry may look crazy but he aint real crazy.

I think they'll improve, but there is room for substantially worse play as well.
 
By my math we'd have the worst record in the league! LOL

We would have to be quite a bit better than last year just to go 8-8 this year with this schedule. We wont know until like game 3 what we might have but for now it doesnt look promising. Were relying on all rookies and injured guys on defense.

this guy looks like hes got at least 13 teams records wrong to me and some are way off. Even with weeden dallas would win at least 3 games.
 
I just don't see it for the Eagles. Seriously, what have they really done except lose a game changing player and get older on offense?

They weren't very good on defense last year (allowed more passing yards per game than we did), so which unit is going to carry this team?

New York isn't a 11 win team. They haven't gotten much better then they were last year. Don't see 11-5 for them

Well, they did get younger on defense. Question is can they replace the 17 sacks Hatcher and Ware had last year this season.

Can the guys replacing them, Crawford, Lawrence have the same impact rushing the passer? They have 0 career sacks so far.

Was last year an aberration for George Selvie or can the Cowboys count on 7 sacks from him again this season?

Can Henry Melton come back from his injury?

Can Spencer come back from injury?

Lack of pass rush killed the team last year and right now, IMHO, this is the most unproven DL in the entire NFL. A lot of things have to right for them to mediocre -- and I'd be perfectly happy with mediocrity on the DL.

I thought they'd be 10 wins before I sat down and went week by week in the division.

Of the tough teams they play, I think they can handle IND and SF.

SF: They've traditionally been good against SF and they get them at home in November. Hard to travel to the east coast. Same goes for AZ.
IND: They get at home after a bye week, while IND is coming off an AFC road game and looking forward to a bye.

Outside of that I think they'll win...
@DET, AZ, HOU, ATL, @JAXand @STL

So that's 8 wins. Split the division 3-3 puts them at 11 overall.

EDIT: Overall they have made a lot of improvements on their team. They had the best defense in the division last year, still have made some improvements on that side of the ball, and with a new OC and help on the OL it's hard to imagine the OL will be as bad.
 
I think we could be a better team this year but not make it to 8-8 again. The schedule is brutal and the defense may be less effective than last year given the inexperience in key positions.

I like the direction the team is going though. Another solid draft IMO and the FO made the tough calls to get rid of guys this offseason that were liabilities or a shell of their former selves.

No way the Giants win 11 games though.
 
This guys has eight teams with 4 or fewer wins. That's highly unlikely IMO. Just as unlikely is a fourth place team finishing 10-6.

So he picked Seattle to beat Denver in the Super Bowl? Lots of people did that last year, too.

Don't make statements unless you have proof.

A bunch of people picked Seattle to beat Denver last year. Everyone seemed to pick either Seattle or SF to face Denver or New England.

Do you maybe have a link to his 2013 predictions?
