Deadline trade that makes sense

How about no trades as none is needed. Keep the team and the chemistry that is working. Even for the ones that still seem to not like Wilcox. But I recall him making some pretty good tackles, that stopped teams on key 3rd and 4th downs. I have not seen him give up any plays that cost us a game.

Pass... If i wanted anyone who was going to take a "mentor" role on this team sign Ed Reed and have him coach him up

Osi is intriguing........he might be the edge rusher we need. He not what he used to be, but he would be an upgrade on third down

Does anyone think Osi would be better than waiting for DLaw to return and see what he can do. Why give away any draft picks at this point.

FS Michael Griffen....

Wouldn't cost an arm and a leg......

Replaces the missed tackle/pass interference just waiting to happen Jeff Heath as the nickle DB

Relagates Heath to strickly special teams where he belongs.

Moves Barry Church back to his natural position of SS.

Gives J.J.Wilcox a true mentor @ FS.....

I see nothing but positives in this low cost/high reward move.

Comments?;)

That's just not enough for a move (will take it as a way to point it out:D). I hate that line tbh but this suits. Could be applied to DL/S in the off season but unless a true change maker is available there is no point in rocking the ship. This team needs an edge rusher desperately (not really...hopefully playoffs) Hope they draft a rangey FS in top 3 rounds; allowing Wilcox to take over SS and allow Church (I know) to be expendable to keep up with the modern passing league.
