Boy did he scew up.

They tell you to NEVER say anything when you're arrested. This is another reason why. You're recorded and anything you say is not only used against you in court but can be made public. Even if you're completely innocent it does no good to say it - the cops aren't trying the case on the spot and letting you go.

Shut up, bond out, and lawyer up.

Why on earth has Ryan williams not been called up yet? Replace that little fumbling rat Joseph randle. His teammates don't like him. Cut him and his big mouth. Ryan williams is a better ball carrier anyway. Special teams may take a hit with that loss. But I doubt his impact is that hard to replace.

Fire him like Keyshawn, and bring up williams. That guy can play.

Would have made a bold statement if Garrett had cut him.

I understand the players' frustrations with Joseph Randle and some fans overreacting to the news.

Randle is only 22 years old, the fifth youngest player on the roster.

Remember what Dez Bryant was like when he was 22 years old?

There were some in the media and fan base who wanted to get rid of Bryant when the negative spotlight was shining brightly on the receiver at that time.

That fantasy trade for Ingram might actually happen after. I also don't see Randle staying with the team much longer. What the Cowboys FO is doing is looking for alternative backups for Murray before they let Randle go.

The trade deadline has now passed. Not going to happen this year.

Williams should be able to do the job if they want to cut Randle.

Yeah, I didn't understand what he meant either. The deadline is over and Ingram is a free agent next year. What trade?

Garrett is the right guy to handle this. The coaches apparently see something in Randle, which is why Williams is on the practice squad. Probably wise to hang on to him and to try and get past this. Hopefully they can.

this isn't really a Garrett thing. Any coach worth his salt would do this same thing. You talk to all the parties involved separately and then you talk to the team as a whole. Seems like leadership 101 to me.

With that being said, I'm okay with how the situation is being handled. One monkey don't stop a show and neither will Randle.

Joseph Randle is no Dez Bryant and never will be.

Randle hasn't been cut for Ryan Williams probably because Williams has 58 rushing attempts in 4 years in the league. He also probably isn't nearly as good on ST.

With Murray's pension for getting banged up (knock on wood), it'd be just our luck that Williams would immediately get hurt too. Leaving us Lance Dunbar as our RB.

The same people criticizing Garrett for not cutting Randle are the same people that'd call him an idiot if that happened.

Oh, I wasn't giving Garrett credit for this. I agree, pretty simple thing to handle. I'm just saying he has proven himself to be pretty good with difficult team situations, so I'm not concerned about it, nor concerned about it getting to be any distraction.

What kind of person gets into trouble and then starts calling out "teammates", guys that he looks in the eyes everyday. Wouldn't want to play with him anymore. It'd be different everytime I saw him from here on out. To know he's that type of guy.

He didn't "call them out." He thought he was having a private conversation in the presence of people he would never again see in his life. What he was talking about were HIS PROSPECTS of staying on the team COMPARED WITH OTHER SITUATIONS. He simply didn't know it was being recorded.

I didn't know that filming while being incarcerated amounted to anonymity.
