I hate it the most when referees whistle the play dead too early. Let the play go on until it's legit dead, and then go back and review to see whether it was a fumble or etc.

Mine is constantly blowing assignments in zone. At a certain point it comes down to some guys just not being intelligent. You don't have to be the best athlete to know your assignment in a zone.
