Ok. So I have "The Americans" on my list of marathoning! Have to get DVD set.

What is on netflix that is worth a marathon run?

Looking for either, good/great writing and/or great ensemble where the character building maybe carries the show?

Thanks in advance!

Life on mars will kill a weekend. American version if you can find it.

If you haven't seen Peaky Blinders yet, it really is a very good show. Not sure why people aren't talking about it more.

Peaky Blinders is awesome.

Others I like,
The Killing
Luther
Sherlock
Terriers
The Fall
Broadchurch

And obviously Breaking Bad.

Broadchurch is one I haven't checked out yet. I'll do that soon now.

The Star Trek series won't kill a weekend. They can kill an entire year!

They put the new season of longmire up on there or is it just older seasons?

Hulu Plus

i honestly have tried to get into hulu+ but even if i pay for the service, they still show me commercials, albeit a lot less. not gonna pay for a service that still has commercials, so that's out unless I'm doing something wrong there.

Judging from the comments on their web page a lot of people feel that way. There seems to be fewer commercials with the new management and they are pretty short. Some of the shows they have just aren't available anywhere else unless you want to pay as much as $80 per season to buy the DVD's.

I think you are the only one.
I just think that once the initial shock value of the setting (OMG BEWBZ in jail!!!!) wears off, the plot just pretty much goes nowhere. None of the characters ever grow at all.
