With Dez franchised
Romo, Tyron and Carr restructured.

It would be more if Carr takes a pay cut.

They can generate more space with some other restructures.

Its hard to believe they can even get close to that but I'm no cap guru. I hope your right!

Well they will have to restructure someone. I doubt they will let all their free agents walk except Dez.

See, every one's worried but we have plenty of money. Now give Murray his cut.

I think Dallas will make every attempt to get Carr to take a pay cut before restructuring, then I would start the restructures with Smith because his age and health make it likely that he'll outlast his contract. Carr might even be second on the list before Romo, because of Romo's back injuries/age.

I think even if Dallas opened up $32 million in space, it would not pay Murray what he is asking.

We don't know what he's asking. least I haven't seen or heard. We just know it's more than 4mill, which I don't find unreasonable.

Just say no to Romo restructuring. It will just cause more mess down the road.

Even if they restructure Tony once again, they can cut him in 2017 to gain around $6M in cap relief - if they cut him in 2018, it's over $11M in relief (figures courtesy of Over the Cap).

I've turned yet again on the Murray question. I now believe this is setting up for Murray to receive an offer he can't refuse on the open market. What's going to be interesting is to see what the Cowboys plan is to replace him if it comes to that. Do they simply stand pat and wait on the draft? Do they play long waiting game with Minnesota? Do they sign an Ingram in FA?

I refuse to think about it. Since I'm not part of the decision making process I don't have to. Murray is coming back.

If the Cowboys restructure Tony Romo's contract they are going ALL IN putting the future at risk.... playing for today instead of building a team that can compete for years to come.... Don't want to see anymore 8-8 or worse Cowboys...

See, plenty of money folks...............no need to worry about anything.

Win now. Cause when Romo's gone we will have a few years of carters.

I really want them to draft a QB and let him develop on the bench learning from Romo....... i think this would be the perfect year to do that. imho Romo has 2 maybe 3 years left, and thats without anymore injuries........!!!
