Goodell "Thinks" The DeflateGate Investigation Is Nearing the End

There is absolutely no reason to believe that the NFL is interfering with the independent investigation or that the independent investigation will withhold the truth from the public.

Even though you'll never admit it, you know the Patriots are not-guilty and you know the investigation is going to find no deliberate wrong doing on their part. So you're already making your preemptive excuses by somehow taking a 10+ week independent investigation and calling it a "cover up."

Because nothing says "cover up" like an independent investigator taking about 3 months to look into things!! Talk about great laughs in the NFL Zone forum!!

Maybe we can get the mods to set up a poll and we can see what gets more people laughing hysterically - one poster who has been consistent in his posts saying it will get swept under the rug, or another poster who has pulled every rabbit out of every hat he can find in desperation trying to defend cheaters and while defending cheaters says the NFL office is incompetent and will most likely impose a penalty even tho one isnt deserved and then in the same breath says the investigation is so independent that it will 100% prove the Pats innocence. Now you tell me whats gonna get the most laughs here in the NFL Zone?

I have a theory which is based on the facts (thought that was obvious but I guess things need to be spelled out for some people).

An example of self-deception: OCD over a footballs that might be deflated 2 psi during a rout that would have happened any way while giving the blind in both eyes treatment to players you want to sign with a proven history of domestic violence. Could mention violation by other teams, but a few members should stop pretending to pontificate on alleged cheating - all that matters is there are teams they despise and teams they will let pass on anything no matter what.

No because as any 2nd grader knows, that's not how it works. In science (as well as other aspect of life) what happens is some, but not all, facts are gathered. People take what is known and create theories regarding the unknown. Later, as more facts are revealed, those theories can be proven correct, proven incorrect, or remain theories.

Funny thing is that whenever I ask for actual, you know, evidence that the Patriots are guilty, no one ever responds. They know they have none. All they have is a single Mort Report which has been contradicted by many other reporters and a statistical analysis that has been completely invalidated by real life statisticians.

They also have their burning jealousy, which I am sure keeps them warm at night.
