So you give him what he wants and he still does not want to be in Minn and does not have to play hard since he is guaranteed money and Minn has no choice but to pay it. I have never once said a player can't say he wants more, I have never heard a player say you know the year you gave me all that money and I got hurt yet you still paid me I should give some back, or you know I only rushed for 1,266 yard in 2013 which was not exactly great so here take some money back. It never will happen nor do I expect that to happen, Minn made the deal and paid him regardless of injury or less than a great season. Now they are at a point that while they still have 3 years left the ball is in their court, they want him for 2015 and willing to pay out to a tune of 15.4 mill. I think they have done more than right by AP. Risk is not a 1 way street, teams take risk when they hand out these big contracts. Dallas has handed out big contracts only to see players not live up to them but they got their pay.
You think Carr has lived up to his? Dallas is still paying and there is nothing they can do when it comes to the guaranteed portion of the deal
