Dez is no leader. He needs leadership. Here's Dez jawing with Norman while an interception gets returned for a TD.

Here's what Norman said about that play:

On a Romo interception, Bryant was caught by CBS cameras yakking at Norman instead of staying with the play and trying to stop Kurt Coleman from scoring a touchdown.

"Me and him were having choice words," Norman said of the play, "then I pointed at Kurt as he scored and I said, 'Look at that, Now take that back to your huddle and come back again.' "

Lol Somebody needs to call out Dez. These dropped passes, and arguing with Norman while an int is getting returned is just dumb

Unfortunately, Dez can mentally be taken out of a game. That's why Norman likely said what he said. On the interception in the Tampa game, Dez started arguing PI almost the same time as the ball is landing in the defender's hands.
He has got to develop a mental edge to his game. I believe he checks out too easily, especially when things aren't going well.

Yawn. Any half decent corner can shut down an all pro receiver in this crappy scheme.

Notice how Dez and Williams were getting open when the coaching idiots finally decided to run some slants instead of ten second routes down the field when the game was over at the start of, and in the second half.

My issue with Dez is how he blew the most winnable game we had this year the Tampa loss. Multiple drops and lack of effort on the decisive play. Beyond that this offense doesn't do him any favors.

He is immature and easily rattled but put him in NE or GB and that would go away quickly as he would flourish.

Yes, he's good. Yes, he got Dez not at 100% and in a scheme that can't do anything creative. Yes, he got lucky a few times if we're being honest. Yes, Dez needs to focus more. Yes, he won and can talk. Yes, this season sucks. Good day, fellow fans.

Him, Romo, Carr and a few others need to give money back.

You got shut down, ok cool. Maybe you aren't 100.

But to sit there, and talk ****, and still get shut down. Disgrace

We should let Dez and Romo go. Dez needs to be with a team like the Pats. It's not like we use him correctly anyways.

And Romo just needs to go, period.

Ready to start over, and build around this O-Line.

If they're not going to use him like any smart team would use their #1 WR after giving them a huge payday, then they should have let him walk. Jerry should force Garrett to study how other teams are getting the ball to their high priced WRs and tell him to incorporate what he finds instead of having Dez run antiquated, easy to cover routes. They way Dez is being used would be reason #1 for me to send Garrett packing. You can't have a talent like that, pay him that much money, and then let him be shutdown week after week because your offense is predictable and was figured out 15 years ago.

Totally agree, I never liked the signing myself.

Dez is a huge baby and will never snap out of it

Crazy didn't even read this until after my post.

I agree, he needs to go to a team with structure, and that will actually use him the correct way.

Let's face it, this team sucks. We can't do **** right. And Romo always gets hurt.

Whats his beef with Dez? is there bad blood there?

He said that Dez was talking crap about him to his Panther teammates Pre game. I believe him too because Dez has been running his mouth all year.

Romo has earned his money. We definitely need a capable backup, but he's earned a little benefit of the doubt.

I do too. Since Dez got "the contract", he is running his mouth even more. Monkeys and trash talk and being out of shape....

I dont like it. Its why a lot at Valley Ranch were hesitant to give that contract out...

ohh, i know, poor Dez gets treated unfairly by the media and fans.....ohh poor poor Dez....how tragic that is;

He's been "rusty" the entire year.

Was a non factor in the first giants game, dropping easy catches there too.

Norman took Dez out on the 2nd play of the game. I knew Dez would be a non factor after Norman got into his head with simple words. Dez is not the best WR in the league, not even close.

**** no he's not.

Brown is better, Calvin is still better, and Julio is def better.

I think it's this team though, I believe the pats or Greenbay, or even the giants, would use him better.

He would flourish.

The fact he's an idiot, on an idiot team, that does not know how to use WR's. It's a bad match

Dez sat out too long and then got hurt. His season was pretty much wasted. It doesn't mean he isn't great. It's just the way the season went.

Same for Tony, Hardy, we had preseason conditioning ( game experience) going on in games that counted. Sure there was an initial burst to look like all that time off helped, but then the reality of the speed/timing set in.

Throw in that Tony had a couple of picks that the D covered in his first game back, and took some real shots. Put him back in 4 days later, and no way he's going to be in the same shape he would have been in having played full games for the entire season.

Couple that with his being " The Savior" and a mountain too high to climb.

Next year will be Dez's 7th in the league. What you see is pretty much what you get at this point.
