What's your opinion of the kid now that he has some snaps under his belt? The same or has tonight's performance changed your mind for the better or worse.

I've been a supporter all season and tonight's performance has only reinforced what I've believed in all along.

I thought he showed us he hasn't played in a real game since his college days. BUT he reads the field better than the last two QBs we started and made some clutch throws, which is exactly what he's known for.

He could develop into a real nice backup for us which I'm really excited about.

He did more - both good and bad - tonight than his two predecessors. I think we just ride it out with him and see if there's anything you can develop for the future. But I would do the same thing at several positions on this team right now.

He wasn't good. Being better than Cassel, doesn't make him good.

I like the kid, but he didn't answer any questions other than that bringing Cassel in was one of the worst personnel decisions in recent Cowboy history.

One of the worst personnel decisions? How does a #3 qb rate anywhere on that list for you?

He's nothing special, small, not a strong arm....not the answer as a backup and certainly not a future starter, which is what this team needs to address..

JFC...You're an ****** clown.....Moore hasn't even had first team snaps and he went against one of the best secondaries in the NFL with no preparation. You can't make these kind of blanket claims with just this performance. The truth will be told in the next 2-3 weeks. Let's give him a couple weeks to prepare properly before throwing the axe down "Mr. Professional Scout"..LOLOL

I am more impressed than I was before I saw him play.

It was refreshing to actually have hope that we could score when we got the ball. As the game progressed even the defense changed the amount they were blitzing him.

The energy of the offense was much better with him. Let's not forget that was a good defense out there.
If Moore started we would have won.

Not a bad 1st showing...

If he was the backup all year there is no doubt this team would have a few more wins. He hasn't even had a full week of practice with the ones and he clearly has a better handle on this offense than the 2 stiffs that played ahead of him. His upside is Sean Hill which is just fine. Quality backup.

Or it could get easier for him once he adjusts to starting games again.

Could be. I dont see it though. He's too limited amd he defense's will be able to play a shorter field and those windows are going to get tighter because I dont think he can challenge single coverage deep. I could be wrong but I think its going to get harder for him not easier
