I really don't get the hate for Cam. None of us know him personally yet we are critiquing his personality. He does no more than a lot of other players. Maybe its because he is a QB, and that position is usually a bunch of corporate speak. I hated getting our ***** whipped by Carolina, but Cam didn't make it worse.

I graduated from BAMA.

He went to Auburn. After he got tossed out somewhere else I think.

BAMA hate towards Auburn anything runs deep. Like Cowboys/Commanders deep.

I just don't understand how anyone can be a lifelong fan of one team and abandon the team just because a local team came on board. There is no way I can be a fan of another team, and since they're in the NFC it makes it worse. Most people around here were Commanders/Cowboys/Steelers fans. Very few Falcons fans.

There are still a lot of Cowboys fans here. I'm in Charleston SC BTW.

I grew up in SC and what you said about the Commanders/Cowboys/Steelers and Falcons is very true. There are definitely Panthers fans now, but SC is very split. I am actually in Myrtle Beach this week and have seen alot of Cowboys gear. Those old allegiances are still strong.

Hey, your favorite team is smart. When they decided to rebuild, they grabbed a ton of ex-Patriot coaches, who have been doing a fine job in Houston. I hope they continue to do well because the Texans are like the Patriots' kid brother down there. I'd like to see them succeed.

I do have a personal interest in a certain Texan though. And I like the team. I enjoy the games. But I've been honest about that or you wouldn't know. I don't start Texans threads but will pipe in if someone else does.
