You can't fix stupid.

Ex-Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle has been arrested again -- this time, he was busted in Kansas for battery ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The 24-year-old -- who was cut by the Cowboys back in November -- has been booked on 3 counts of aggravated battery, 1 count of drug possession and 1 count of criminal damage.

He's being held on $100,000 bail.

According to officials, Randle was taken into custody around 8 AM Sunday morning.

It's the 3rd time Randle has been arrested since he was cut by Dallas ... and during his last arrest, predicted that his NFL career was over.

Said it after the previous two arrests.

This was the man who was given the keys to the running game by our executive management and coaching staff.

That is far more frightening and more alarming that this incredibly stupid player who will end up in a penitentiary.

Yep. Those people who were around him every day thought this was the guy to replace Murray. Yikes!

Jerry had high praise for him heading into the 2015 season. I wish I could find the quote. It's the same man who said the 1997 team was the best team he's ever had. They went 6-10 after that.

There is absolutely no wonder why we haven't been close to the Super Bowl in 20 years.

Get a life...20 years, really? How old were you twenty years ago?...Jerry bashing belongs on another forum, COMPLETELY.

Know what kind of 'prim and proper' future Hall of Famer Charles Haley was upon arriving with the Cowboys?

The Randle mistake coupled with the path that Gregory appears to be travelling down really needs to open some eyes of our decision makers. If not, we are doomed to keep repeating the same mistakes.

Oh we will. This team is a big circus.

Jerry loves his crim-nals.

Haley? Bloke, that was really a reach back in time. The poster prevails and you take the walk of shame.

Pretty clearly the guy has emotional and mental issues that are escalating. I hope he ends up getting whatever help he needs.

He had the talent to justify his roster spot. That wasn't the issue.

The Cowboys were stupid enough to enter the 2015 season with this idiot when they knew he couldn't be trusted.

Agree with the first part, not sure about the second.
