I've always hated when we don't have coaches who can earn proper titles so they have to make something up to keep them here.

I won't put it all on Baker, like I wouldn't with Henderson, but I would honestly feel better if the entire secondary was in Greg Jackson's hands. This wreaks of more refusal to actually change to me.

They keep increasing Eberflus' role, which makes me wonder if they're grooming him as a future potential DC.

Wilcox was a third rounder. I get that the FO hasn't exactly invested heavily in the position and garbage in/garbage out might be true but his charges have been unimpressive since he has been here.

I'm happy for Eberflus. From everything I've seen, he's a fantastic coach. He'll make a great DC someday.
