Darius Jackson RB

Won't even make the team. Should have selected a WR.

I agree camp fodder for the RB from Eastern Michigan, I understand that Dunbar might not be ready to return from his injury promptly so I understand the pick.

there's always a highlight video

Can play with power. Open field cuts that are elusive. Long speed. Decent jump cut behind the line.

I hear his vision isn't great, he does run upright as heck and we'll have to see if this translates to the pros but I can see talent.

If they don't replace Dunbar with Zeke in his role on their passing sets then I will be hugely disappointed.

They will. They'll maybe keep him around to make sure nobody gets injured, but what he does that's special is now redundant, and he can't cover on ST.

If nothing else, we've at least brought competition to a couple of position groups here. The DL jobs will be fun to watch sort out, too.

whoa dallas backfield got big and physical. Everyone but dunbar (if stays) is 220lbs or more and is physical backs with a lil speed.

Makes sense. Replace an older, often injured (previous to last season) with an explosive young gun with fresh legs. Played a lot of ST too.

Might as well.

Previous to last season?

DEC has played in 32 of his last 32 games.

He's big, fast and can catch but not sure he will last long in the league running so upright. His speed is definitely impressive for his size.

Does this mean 4 x RB and no FB on the roster?

Jackson is faster than most WR. Could he end up as a slot WR instead of RB? Or an all round utility player on offense?

His scouting report doesnt match his highlights but he runs way too high for me,i am surprised our RB coach signed off on him,

He was a great weapon last year, until he got hurt yet again. And that's always the story with him and why he needs to be replaced. You just can't rely on him and it hurts the team.

That pretty much covers it. I'll be sad to see him go because I really like the guy. When he wasn't hurt he gave us an X-factor weapon. When Dez got hurt, there was still some hope because Dunbar could stretch the field. He has a great attitude too. But, as you said, he can't help you when he's injured.

Looks like we've got a short yardage back. This guy is a bulldozer. Not to mention he can catch out of the backfield.

We got a ton of running backs, but I think this guy is one that is going to stay. Someone is getting traded.

From what I heard from his scouting reports states that Jackson braces for hits instead of trying to break tackles or avoid hit, not very agile and pro day looked good but he didn't show it on the field. But 1500 yards and 12-15td last season cannot be denied.

Yea, Dunbar is gone and ideally Alfred/McFadden get traded when someone loses a RB.

A quality D-lineman in such a deal would be sweet, even if it's only for depth. When you have good depth and can rotate and keep guys fresh, it makes a big difference.

thats anybody man can't live in fear bruh! just can't do it ... Super Bowl!

if Romo still starting of coarse

Seems to happen to certain "anybodies" much more often that others.
