Wow!

First off I hope the kid has sorted out his demons...

Secondly I hope he can be (at some point) a contributing player.
I would like to state for the record...that Mary Jane use does not constitute 'demons'....

It has never been implicated in causing one violent crime and has many health benefits.

Now....it does constitute 'stupidity' to keep doing it when your dictatorial company you work for restricts it's use but not pain meds.....which are addictive and kill thousands each year..

Yes, but he himself can be in shape, and he wouldn't have to play every snap, he can rotate in until he gets in shape.
I haven't rode a bicycle in 20 years, but I am pretty sure I can get out there and do it. Just need to pace myself for a while.
You can do it jazz! I got faith in you!

Some seem to be jumping the gun.

First of all he has to complete rehab... I doubt there's any sort of timetable involved in that. He could be out now or he could be there for several more weeks... You just don't know. It varies from person to person.

And the last thing you want is a relapse.

While the percentages are high of a relapse you do not want to rush the initial stay.

He's out when he's out.

That may be around October 26th.
But I agree, he should stay in until all feel his is ready. If he misses 6 games because of this, then he misses 6 games instead of 4. No need to rush him because of the 4 games.

The lad does not know how to handle adversity. He, like millions of other Americans has to resort to outside stimulant to make it through difficult periods.

That's his "demon".

And millions have it.

Jerry finally has something on Kraft and Goodell, and Rooney and Mara.....OR....
that was in exchange for us signing Sanchez.....

lmao...

Goodell: Okay Jerry, you want me to show leniency to Gregory?
Jerry: He's a good kid, I'll do anything to help him.
Goodell: Anything?
Jerry: Anything.
Goodell:...Sanchez
Jerry: What!?
Goodell: You heard me...sign Sanchez
Jerry: But...What does that have to do...fine...by the way, **** you

He's out when he's out.

Screw that, get him out of that 5 star resort and onto the practice field asap. His stability in life will be football and when hes not playing lock him in a room with Dr.phil.

That is surprising. Finally some good news but I still don't expect much from him and I know he went to rehab but we'll see if it helps him

I think this is zero impact this year. He missed training camp and will be out of shape, not to mention where is he mentally. Usually you miss camp and get an injury during the season.

It has impact regardless. He needs to be out there to develop. If all this is is a year where he's just developing than that's fine.
