A small fine, and that's simply rules. It would happen to anyone for any reason if they missed a meeting. I will repeat what Garrett said.

Garrett: He had good intentions, just went about it the wrong way.

That's straight from the HC. HE understand Dez, he knows him, he's around him every day. He gets Dez meant no malice, he gets this is Dez's career and why he feared the MRI. YOU want this to be a bigger deal than it is. It is and always will just be Dez postponing the inevitable MRI results. That's it. Dead stop.

A "small fine"? You'll have to provide the amount to support that claim.

And please provide the quote where Garrett is quoted as saying "good intentions" because I haven't seen that anywhere. What I see is "no excuse".

The rest of your post I'm not even reading or entertaining. There is nothing else here to discuss. You either get it or you don't. The latter is most likely for you, the year I've been posting on this board you have shown to be stubborn even when you're backed into the corner being hit with fact over and over again. You don't want to be wrong and you don't want to fess up when you overreact.

Sure thing. "You either think the way I do, or you're wrong." The mantra of the ignorant.

Funny that you want to use the word "fact" here, when all you're using are your own unsubstantiated claims.

Support your own claims before trying to cast dispersions towards anyone else.

Come on, keep telling all of us how nothing happened and some terrible reporter made the whole thing up! Stick with your story!

Own it!

Awww whats the matter? Are you still sore from getting raped earlier?
I am going to give you the benefit of the doubt and chalk this up to you just having a bad day.
Am I right or do you often engage in debates that end with you tucking your tale and hiding away?
I'm sure I will see you posted something less than brilliant on another thread before the day is out.

Dez shouldn't be missing time with his knee in question. No excuses for not showing up.

I think they said he skipped team meetings Tuesday and Wednesday and he skipped the MRI. Not only is that bad for him and the team as a whole - Jerry and Garrett end up looking like idiots who all of a sudden cant answer why there has been no MRI yet because they have to cover for Dez until they find out what is happening. Hasn't this happened with him in the past with other things as well ?

Obviously, I wouldn't be for cutting him because of his talent.

My biggest concern is a potential injury to a football player is common place and that sets him off into running and hiding. What happens if something more stressful comes into his life which is bound to happen sooner or later ?
just to be clear... he skipped monday which is a team meeting (review of prior game tape) and medical day.
tuesday is an off day as mandated by the NFLPA and no player reports.
wednesday he was in, tlked to the coaches and got the MRI.

Considering he played the whole game he probably didn't consider himself a Monday injury report....the trainers, doctors and coaches all put him back into the game and he scored a late TD.....if he was really injured then they have some culpability too

Once again just because BSPN wants to make it a story, DAL fans shouldn't take the bait

Again, tell us all again how nothing happened with Dez Bryant. Just like you did yesterday. Tell us all once again how it was nothing more than some reporter making stuff up.

I can go on about this as long as you can.

One guy says nothing happened, and the other makes false claims with nothing to support them.

Quite a pair.

I guarantee the players have his back 100%......if you think otherwise you know nothing about team sports......other players don't think like whiny fans on a message board....Dez has earned his spurs

Sure thing. You know what every player in that locker room thinks. And they nominated you to be their spokesperson.

And you call someone else "whiny"...

Prepare yourself for......... T Will being resigned and sold as the answer at WR.

Actually a guy I had my eye on as possibly a reclamation project was Nelson Agholor in Philly. In camp they were talking he was so out of whack that he could be a casualty by year end. But Sir-Wentz-A lot has made him productive so I doubt he's going anywhere.

Not a fan of Agholor. I haven't even looked at the 2016 FA class but I have a hard time believing we can't upgrade our top 3 with a FA and hopefully add another in the draft. Just don't listen to the scout who said Devin Street can play.

Agholor is a jag and a huge disappointment in Philly (as I'm sure you're aware, Risen, being out there in Eagle land).

He can't hold onto to the ball and is a mental midget. He's no better than a TWill/Butler combo at this point.

I agree. He's basically the usual USC overrated WR.
