Will people give us respect then?

I keep hearing that we haven't played anybody yet. Our wins aren't impressive. Our starts are sluggish.

Ok, what if we beat Washington 30-7?

I guess it will be the 4 days rest.

I'm predicting 2 interceptions and a blow out. It's going to catch everyone by surprise, especially 98% of this forum.

If we blow out the Commanders I'll be shocked...

More than likely a tough loss or win. Either way it won't mean mean much one way or another. I mean the Commanders are pretty damn good too.

Playing the nfc east at the end will make our team tougher for the playoffs though.

Why does it matter what people think? The team is 9-1 with a 9 game winning streak. That means for the last 8 weeks people have been saying "just wait ti'l next week"...

What will happen?

The game MVP's will get to eat a turducken or they get a hoky tin trophy called the "something" Gobbler.

Then they get interviewed for a long time because there are only three games that day.

After that, the media talks about how awsome the Cowboys are, especially the rookies.

There will be the Jerry interview of course.

And then guys like us can go get seconds on the pies without worrying about indigestion because our Cowboys just swept the Commanders.

Crawford and Lawrence need to bring it. I'm not talking about flashing on one or two plays in the 4th quarter, they need to bring it consistently throughout the game. The Skins have playmakers all over their offense, they'll pick us apart if the dline plays pattycake all day.

I've been watching some old games lately, man we used to rag on Ware and Spencer but they brought it 10x more in the pass rush than this current group.

In gunslinger lingo, it means we've got 1 more notch on the handle of our six-shooter, partner! ;)
Don't let the naysayer pessimists drag you down. Look for the sunshine and ignore the clouds.

Actually, it's whatever you think it is. Deep down inside, what does your heart and soul tell you? We're 9-1 . . . what more does it take to tell someone we're on the right track? This is an epic year and it'll only get better in the future. That's good, no? (2017 should get even better.)

So who's not respecting this team? Seems like all the experts I've seen, ie. the fox panel after the Sunday win were highly complematary, some even saying we are the best team right now...

I think we beat the skins, I'm not sure beating the packers with all their injuries on defence was a good measuring stick, I believe they were using all safeties in the defensive backfield Sunday night and that game still come down to the last 5 minutes of the game...

Our offence put 27 points on the board and 400 yards on Baltimore ... the number 1 defence.

Washingtons offence is better than Baltimore, I doubt their defence is...

Of course if our O continues to dominate TOP then that'll help slow Washingtons offence...

They've got weapons on offense.

We didn't see Rob Kelley in the first match-up and he's a better runner than Matt Jones. Reed, Crowder, Jackson and Garcon make for a really solid receiving group. Cousins is on fire. We'll have our hands full defensively.

hopefully it will be dallas dominating in the 2nd half again.
They had such long drives in that game, 5-7 min drives, eat up the clock and other offense is just standing around wondering
how much longer till we get back out there ! lol

Not sure if anybody listens to Colin Cowherd but he came out with his power rankings and has

1. Seattle
2. Dallas
3. New England
4. Washington

Can't remember the exact order of the rest but Pittsburgh, Baltimore and Philadelphia were 10,9 and 8. That means we have beat 4 out of 9 in his top 10.

Yep

They're an explosive offense. Better than Week 2.
But their D kind of sucks. Will be interesting to see if that plays out that way. I tend to see divisional games as the type where nothing matters until kickoff.
