Official Dak Prescott Thread **merged**

Outside of maybe Aaron Rodgers, no quarterback could've played better than Dak Prescott tonight.
I disagree. Outside of the 4th quarter where he was terrific, he definitely had room for improvement. I'm reasonably sure Romo, Ryan, and Brady at least could have put up more points with this team against this terrible current GB defense.

He had that INT on the screen and the pass before was a horrible throw into multiple coverage that should have been picked off. He definitely wasn't sharp on the deep ball against a depleted secondary..

He was shaky in the first half..

He had great stats but people are ignoring he basically played against the equivalents of Jacque Reeves, Alan Ball, and old Roy Williams.

Plus GB was playing incredibly safe and even Troy pointed that out at times. I think Capers himself was more cautious than usual with his blitzing..

did you NOT watch the scoreboard????

Yeah, I watched the scoreboard - I watched GB score 21 straight on a defense that was basically leaving guys uncovered. And, did he NOT bring them back REGARDLESS of that play and lead them to 31 points at home. And, if I'm not mistaken, GB turned the ball right back over to them on the ensuing possession. So, if you and all the loons wanna blame that play as what lost this game when Rodgers lit the D up for over 350 and 34 points, go on wit yo bad self. Got a room all set up for you (and a few others in this board) in Arkham........

With the amount of Dak slobbering going on in here, you would think that we won if you didn't watch the game... lol. I thought Dak gave it his all and was really great in the second half. He is far down the list of any reasons they lost. But bottom line, they were down 21-3 in a game they got the ball first. And when the extra point sailed through to make it 21-3, our offense was not sustaining anything against their horrible, injury riddled defense and Dak was 4-10 with a sack. The horrible start killed the game, and Dak was the captain of the ship. He recovered and played a good game, but far from great.

Romo-lovers PLEASE stay away.

This kid is the real deal and with any kind of defense and no Butler, we win.

I'm a Romo supporter but I also realize Dak's the future. And pretty bright future at that.
I just hope we don't waste his career like we did with Romo's.

Romo would've put up 50......Romo being in would've made the D cover and tackle......BLAH, BLAH, F-in BLAH!!!!!!!!!! I will always love and appreciate what #9 meant to and did for this team. But. STOP ACTING LIKE HE WAS GOD!!!!!! I swear there are a few of you on here that we may need to ask just how "big" Romo is being you all are so much on his D that you're choking.......

Dak had a higher passer rating than Rodgers and tossed one more TD. He went toe to toe with Rodgers today and didn't blink. His 3 TD passes was a rookie playoff record and he accounted for 4 TD's with a run. Damn shame we had to lose.

almost the end of your chapter old man

You might be the only person in North America that believes that, but hey, Dak was perfect and I should be laughed at for thinking differently.

He wasn't perfect but he also didn't play just an average game like you are saying.

Wow. You actually made a post I can agree with for once.
