I don't really begrudge him his feelings. Having both the rookie and the all-time rushing record is an impressive combo. I'd want to hold on to it too. It's not like he says stuff like this every year. He knew there was a legit threat this time.

I'm sure when the time eventually comes and someone is about to surpass Emmitt's all-time record, he will be nervously watching while clutching his hoarded footballs. These guys love their records.

Zeke will "get him" by Winning a Super Bowl. He can feel whatever he feels about us. He earned that record & I have no problem with him wanting to keep it, regardless of WHO tries to break it.
