Never done a Spartan race, but I went to my share of Toga parties back in the day.

They have one of those down here on South Padre Island every year. My brother has run it a few times. He jogs 6 miles every morning. He's a fitness buff.

Gonna leave work early tomorrow, fire up the ranch grill with a bunch of home grown mesquite wood, throw in some sirloin fajitas and sausage, fill the Yeti full of beer and ice, have my dad, brothers and family over for a little quality time.
