What are those cerrano peppers? Are they those real little multi-colored booby traps?
 
That sounds about as much fun making it as it would be eating it,,, I've thrown a lot of deer shoulders on the grill over a wood fire while consuming vast quantities of beer,, but never got that technical with ingredients with what you got simmering, coach:D

Hey fellas! Been in a huge message board battle on my Kings forum. Half the fanbase is split. They make this board look like a ballet class.

Your main pepper used in a good pico de gallo, Melon. Not usually eaten off the stem, even roasted, like a jalepeno, say, but key for a lot of true Mexican dishes.
