This still says literally nothing.
This article was out this morning, I was figuring someone else would post it then so I didn't. It was lost amongst everything else Stephen said earlier today.
I take it as a positive but with a grain of salt. Its probably getting better, sounds good, and maybe the brace is a precaution. Depends on how you want to look at it I guess.
I was just being silly
this is no place to be silly, get with the program
Interestingly enough... I don't have asthma.yes asthma
20 times around the track until you drop from asthma
Interestingly enough... I don't have asthma.
But I can be a dumb *** sometimes.
This team should still go after a LB in the draft. Can't have enough good LBs in this scheme.
a blitzing LB would not be bad.
we could always play a 3-3-5 in a passing down.
easier to get one of these than a DE
DE, DB, and LB is all I would draft this year.
Check the tape. I've been saying that for weeks. The Cowboys are excited and confident as well. So much so that they have not only cleared him to start the off-season program with the team April 21 but they plan on him going through organized team activities, minicamp, training camp and playing in 2017.
Sounds like it's started to fire, but will take a while (or worst case, never) for the muscle to respond back to 100%. It has been a year since he lost nerve control of the muscle, I'm sure it will take time to get the strength back. The brace would still be needed if the muscle is still only at a certain percent of nerve feeling (or whatever the doctor word is for it), they're probably hoping by ota's it's at a percentage high enough that the brace isn't needed anymore. That would be beautiful.
But the improvements may not continue or may plateau, which is why people still talk about issues with playing with a brace full time. But I don't think it's about the nerve not firing at all, from what we've read recently.
DMN Jan 5 said:The focus now for Smith is to improve his motor function, with his body needing to catch up to his nerve starting to fire so that it works in near unison. Right now, Smith's reaction is behind his nerve.
This still says literally nothing.
It is the Cowboys COO corroborating that the nerve has started to fire. Given that I have been harangued for over 3 months by people saying it had not, this is quite significant.
The quote where he couldn't name somebody that played with a brace, but said he may not even have to and he doesn't know how much longer he will have to wear it is pretty telling. That definitely sounds like he's regained some movement in his foot or I doubt he would mention over and over how he may not even be wearing the brace.
What would really prove this once and for all is a still photo of Jaylon jumping on a "trampoline."
You were wrong. Changed your stance without admitting you were wrong. And now apparently you cannot let it go.
It looks like he was lifting his foot jumping hurdles because he was. It is amusing how I have people that hold onto their butthurt for over a month though.
