Not bad this morning. The back doesn't really hurt, but there is a tightness that is causing a little numbness in my left foot. Hope it's a spasm or pinched nerve and not a disc.

I hope its not serious too. Well, you have geat Doctors in the US...So you will get good care.

Looks like the disc is good. Muscle spasm pressing on nerve causing the problem. Anti inflammatory, muscle relaxant and vodka should do the trick.
 
Hey, fellas! Hope all is well and everyone had a great Friday and is ready for the weekend!

Watching some ball right now, having a beer, and all the windows are open with a cool, nice breeze.

I missed this. Sorry to hear about this, brother. For a big guy like you, I imagine it doesn't make it any better.

Back pain is the devil, my dad has had a couple surgeries on his lower lumbar. He's a big guy, too. Not quite your size. Prayers are with you, brother.

Thanks, got some good news today. Looks like a muscle spasm, not disc related. I hope they are right. Doc saw me for free and on one days notice, perks of being a coach, I guess.

Awesome, man. Glad to hear you're in the clear. Hey, I read about a shark attack a decade or two ago in SPI. Do you recall this?

I would love that, Coach. Genuinely :) You guys have bullsharks, I think the person killed was by a bull.
