Not going to lie being a LSU fan wanted them to get Malachi Dupree but hopefully this guy can do something. Being compared to Mayle is kinda funny lol

I don't see it with all the wrs Dallas has.

Yes, it's a crowded position that should have some decent competition.
Even if Brown can make it to the PS and they can keep him on until next year, I would take that.

However, Butler signed only a one year contract. and I think he is there more to push Butler than he is Whitehead.
And there is no Guarantee Switzer is an automatic lock.

This is what I'm expecting. Whitehead is gone for switzer.

No guarantee he is automated lock to make the roster? He has to really suck in training camp and preseason for that to happen.

Huge talk by a rookie that has never played a down in the NFL. Like the spirit (channeling garrett lol) but dude should shut up and focus on balling out in practice and trying to make the roster.

I don't know about his route running or ability to gain separation at the NFL level, but just watching a little bit of him on film (I'm a professional Youtube scout, btw), he seems to have a hard-on for trying to knock defenders into the dirt on running downs. He's like a miniature pulling guard out there licking his chops at the opportunity to punish DBs and I'm all 'bout that. That's not something you typically see in WRs coming into the league and I believe that was probably a big reason the Cowboys took a late round flier on him versus a few other available players left in the draft. Hopefully, he's a little bit more instinctual than Mahle was.

The only question I have is what's going to happen between Butler, Andy Jones and Noah? I have a feeling like all three will be battling for that extra WR spot on the roster (Switzer is a lock for running Lucky out of town and it'll be obvious within the first two pre-season games)

He's like a young Dez. He will be battling Andy Jones for a roster spot. If he's willing to play special teams and excel at it maybe he makes the roster.

I don't know if we keep more than 5 receivers. Dez, Beastly, T-Will, and Switzer are the only locks IMO. Gonna be a battle for that 5th spot. Maybe they keep 6 WRs? Not sure tbh.
