So fantastic. Bushmills is one of the most underrated single malts in the world.

Half a glass with a giant ice cube is heaven

Caldron de pollo. Have you ever tried Caldo Tlapeno? It's delicious.

Ooh, Peruvian is amazing! Papas a la huancaina, lomo saltado, and that chicken with the ahi sauce!!! Check out Kikiriki if you're ever in the I.E., or Misky Misky if you're ever in the SGV! Mr. Pollo in Azusa is also really good. All top-notch

My favorite is JWBlack. CaldomTlapeno is basically chicken soup, shredded chicken, add avocado, rice, cheese and Chipotle. It's awesome

My bad, it's aji but pronounced like the above spelling suggests.

Yes, Peruvian rotisserie chicken with aji sauce is fantastic. Next time you go to a spot try those other two dishes. To die for

Do you buy it in 1/5ths (750ml), Coach? And if so, how long does one bottle last you if you're drinking it exclusively?
