mercury is in ocean water.
so the alpha predators are the worst - like shark, swordfish, tuna.
i know a rich lady that got mercury poisoning from too much tuna sushi.
do you know which fish is safe to eat ?

Sea bass and white bass I've eaten a lot of from the deep waters of SoCal, too. Not one problem.

But cooked.
