Careful on the equal rights for men stuff -- women are overwhelmingly treated unfairly in this regard.

That said, this isn't a man vs. woman issue. Harassment is harassment.

The investigators were told to get a Guilty Verdict no matter the facts

The claim by itself won't help him.

If he can prove it will phone records, it would help his cause. He would need to prove that it was her number. Also, if she called and harassed other people connected to him, then they could be witnesses.

I knew about this already - maybe because I live in Ohio. Hard to believe the NFL didn't know about it, too.

The NFL had this information already. I sincerely hope a big part of Zeke's appeal strategy brings forth new testimony on how she got those marks, because that's a big part of what the NFL is basing their decision on. You have to bring something they don't already know.
