That A frame glass end wall is a gonner in a mid sized quake ,,, if that gives out the Zombies will get in?
I'd be really scared of that possible compromised zombie entry point,,, you really should set sail to that island and let me move in up there and for every rat eradicated is equal to one month's free rent and you pay the utilities? ,,,,

i forgot the term but it is an a-frame with cut off top...

actually survived latest larger quake (6.0 30 miles away).
also have these earthquake s-wave detectors that gives me a couple seconds of warning.

My special services are eradication/disposal (car crushing services are an extra charge incurred) does it have an upstairs loft/floor and is there access from inside the home to the flat roofed observation deck?,,, putty.

Having a private single lane driveway and such is kinda cool in stories, but if it's looking like it's on a cul-de-sac with storm drains, #3057 stenciled on curb AND seeing how that concrete single lane concrete access path is sloping in a down hill manner FROM the cul-de-sac with a weird-assed angled mailbox??? I'm of grievous concern pertaining to certain aspects of credibility,,,, you might just wanna leave the key(not that I'd need one)
Under the front door "go away" mat,,, pm me the GPS coordinates buddy my pal and my hacked spy satellite uplink will take it from there,,,,

there is a mezzanine area between 2 floors.

no access to roof.
i have been on it to paint it using solar reflecting paint to reduce heat in the summer.
but that is strictly a ladder from a deck.

mailbox is ok, just the angle of my camera.
