Does the court ruling mean we won?

The two things that stuck out the most in my mind on this were.

The judge said there was a "cloud of fundamental unfairness" in the proceedings.

The judge named two gross errors in the arbitration.
  1. Thompson was not included in the hearing.
  2. RG was not included in the hearing.

Not even the battle. Basically won the opening salvo.

Battle still to come with the trial litigation. War will be won if NFLPA wins the trial and the inevitable appeal.
This was a HUGE battle...........it sets the case in the 5th district and not NY , puts NFL on notice and gives Zeke all of 2017......ruling was based on chances of winning going forward

For now, Texas. NFL may try to get a stay on current ruling, but that's a hail mary.
That ship sailed when they announced the Brown 6 game suspension today........ they proved there is no time limit and 6 games is still 6 games next year..... no reason to hurry or to change venues..... EE works in Dalllas and was harmed in this District

Moving forward..will this judge from Texas continue to work this case? Is that TBD?
