Jerry Jones: Cowboys Will Stand For The Flag Or “Your *** Will Be Off The Team”
If any of his players want to take a knee during the National Anthem, don’t expect to see them on the roster for much longer.

This is why the Dallas Cowboys are my team; I love the attitude. Sure some grown immature snowflakes will call out Jerry Jones, but it’s his team, and he loves America.
Just as Jones sets requirements for his team, he expects commitment and loyalty. If he’s paying the salaries, why can’t he impose these rules on his team? If you have a problem with this, then you don’t want to be a Dallas Cowboy, or you should explore joining another team where they let you disrespect the American flag, but that won’t happen in Dallas.

National anthem protests were the top reason that NFL fans watched fewer games last season, according to a new survey released by J.D. Power.

If he really said that, then I truly question why I should be helping him make money. I don't find wanting justice immature at all. I for one support the players and their desire for society to change its ills. Authority should be questioned at all times, and it's shown that some people are out of touch in this society if they think there isn't some change needed.

If they really want to make change, then actually do something to Foster change. As it is right now, these guys are just standing up to Trump because he insulted them.

This sounds good but people only seem to say this about things they don't care about and or don't effect them. If this is the case honestly nobody should really say anything because most people period don't foster nothing. They are just here living until they leave Earth benefitting from others actions.

BS, I work extremely hard to make a change in my community. I have for years worked my *** off with the teenage homeless community and homeless lgbt teenage community here in Salt Lake City. I find it offensive to see a bunch of rich football players making a superficial gesture and we are supposed to act like they are fighting injustice. Not one person I have ever worked with has had a job doing the community service projects we do. Most go and work a 40 he week and volunteer in the evenings and weekends. And absolutely none have the income to make the kinda change NFL players do!
I don't have a real problem with them sitting for the anthem. I do have a problem when we are being told that they are fighters for social equality, when they are actually doing nothing.

Kapernick has donated over 1 million dollars to various charities and programs directed at risk teenagers.

Guess what, buddy -- There's a lot of folks doing community service. My battle, Randal, heads Project Healing Waters. He's completely fine with Kaep's kneeling. My friend Becky is a counselor with VOA, she's fine with it, too. My battle Robby Rob is a police officer, and he's good with it, as well.

Different strokes for different folks.

Y'all put too much thought into nothing. What easy lives you've all had. And spare me the "you don't know what I've been through" crappola.

When one faces death, arguments like these can tick one off. Speaking for my battles (most of them) and myself.

Who cares what some dude does during the Anthem. Who. Cares.

Half the time I don't stand, too damned lazy and double fisting brews. Am I bad American?
