Atlanta opens up 3.5 point favs

Zekes oral arguments are scheduled for Thursday.

I suspect he plays Sunday since it’s later in the week.

I can't imagine any team in the NFL looking past Ryan, Julio and Freeman!
Julio dropped one in the end-zone that would of changed the outcome of the game and Freeman went out injured and then came back during the game. This is not the Falcons that went to the Super Bowl.

Dangerous trap game next week looking ahead to the E-gals. I could see us losing this one and turning around and beating Philly...

It's not a trap game.

Nobody is sleeping on the Falcons at home.

Kyle Shannahan was a big loss for them but this game is going to be tough to win. I'd be shocked if we win it actually. They match up well.

That line surprises me. I don't think much of this ATL team right now. Had the DET game not been gifted to them, this would look like it could become a laugher.

jordan howard dropped the game winner at the 1 yard line in week 1 also.

they didnt play well against the jets either.

but this week scares me because they are desperate and at home. I checked the ticket exchange and there are a ton of tickets available. Maybe there will be a lot of cowboys fans.

If I can find a ticket for under 200 in the lower level I may even go.

Not sure I would call a game against the defending NFC champs on the road as a potentially trap game but I do agree that we need to be taking a one-game-at-a-time mental approach through this stretch...I have predicted 5-1 prior to the KC game over the next 6 and I am sticking to it! :)

It does look like a trap game. Good QB, playing at home, on a skid but still talented, sandwiched between two bigger games. No Elliott, possibly.

Still a game where we should be able to step on their throats, though. We're the better team right now.

It surprises me too. We're talking about an Atlanta team that has lost 4 of their past 5 games including two at home against bad football teams. Their lone win was a comeback victory against the Jets.

But last week I was also surprised when the Cowboys were favorites against the Chiefs - and look how that turned out.

Meh, they are a half point favorite is all, with the 3 points that most home teams get. Plus the uncertainty of Zeke, and two of our WR's with ankles as of today.

The good news is Matt Ryan, while good, is a statue back there. :)

Nope! We ain’t falling for it! Eyes on the prize. We’re focused solely on the Falcons.
