We hate on JG, some more than others and some even clamored for Jon Gruden. Why?

  • His teams typically come out flat in big games. They don't step up and perform their best when the season is on the line.
  • It's a results oriented league and the Cowboys have only made the post season twice in 7 years, winning only 1 WC game.

What QB's has Gruden coached? Rich Gannon when he was in Oakland. He never had a QB like Romo. What if he did?

Dude, did you even read the title of the thread?

The guy making the thread specifically asked "why" fans would prefer Gruden or some other coach over Garrett.

So I gave a very factual, logical, and reasoned answer to his question. I never said "because Garrett sucks" or "because he claps too much", I specifically tied my reasoning to his lack of results over the past seven years and how that compared to similar coaches around the league.

Then you come in and say its biotching and moaning even though my post specifically answered the question the OP was asking. In fact, you do this in almost every thread that has anything negative to say about your boy Garrett. If you want to defend Garrett, then do it.

Have some balls like Idgit and defend Garrett with actual reasons, not hiding behind the argument that criticism is just complaining by fans.

You don’t get it. I’m not defending Garrett. He needs to put up next year or he should be replaced. I’m sick and tired of people like you who all they do is ***** and moan about it. Over and over and over again. Man up and except that he’s going to be here and move on and quit the Constant whining about him.

Your constant whining about "please give him one more year" does nothing except make yourself feel good.

Don’t lie Jarv. I never said “please give him one more year”. I said I’m on board with the decision to give him 1 more year. What I’m pointing out is people who constantly come here, thread after thread, post after post crying about Garrett. I see the truth hurts. Again I only call out the constant bashers of not only Garrett, but Dak, Jones and every other person associated with the Cowboys. You’re obviously one of them. Attacking the truth seems to be the thing to do in this country these days. It does no one any good to whine, post after post after post about everything Cowboys. Just look at the threads. The Cowboys can’t do anything right if you read them. No matter what coach they are rumored to bring in people ***** about it. It’s a sign of character deficiency when the same people are doing the complaining over and over again. I don’t like what’s happened in the last 20 years either. Jones is responsible for it. But he’s not going anywhere. Garretts not going anywhere. Dak’s not going anywhere. So take your constant misery somewhere else.
