I like what he is preaching which is preparation. It seems like Dez has always been able to win by being more physical. He just can't win those balttles enough now.
Dez needs a guru in his head. One that assuage his ego while manipulating his thought processes. Not Doofus, I mean Dooley.
Not easy, but it can be done. I can see Dez being Tom Brady'd.

I was referencing that guy behind the TB12 stuff that got kicked off the team.

A Dez Whisperer... if you will. Along with doing good work with the other guys.
Tall task? That's why they get paid (probably) in the 6 figures.

I thought Moncrief was going to be a big deal. Hard to get too excited about another hot-and-cold guy with injury issues, though.
But if came at the right price... Plus, injuries not withstanding, it would be hard to fully evaluate Moncrief because of the QB issues with Indy.

I'm pretty sure a dance has never had to worry about a linebacker trying to separate his head from his body.
I like it. You have a craft, perfect it.

My wife is/was/still is a Salsa dancer. You want to create the perfect matchup? Even in dancing with a spin that looks okay, or a spin that looks like WHOA, the devil's in the details.
I like this guy. Take Dez to some salsa classes and partner him up. Make him learn steps. Make him dance in front of his family, his sons in a style he's unfamiliar with.

Then get him on the field with that mindset. Get out there and show what perfection is all about.

Good luck Sanjay.

He's apparently well thought of by many. Notably Sammy Watkins, who credits him with teaching him to play receiver in the pros. He's coached Watkins, and several other former Bills receivers who are enjoying varying amounts of success, like Watkins, Robert Woods, Chris Hogan and Marquise Goodwin.

The Bills have managed to go through some pretty good receivers.

I think dez is a guy who’s lived off his god given talent
That’s why I wish he could spend some time with Larry Fitzgerald, a guy that bought into learning something new even when he was a great player already and it has extended his career
If dez can buy in and add to what he has then it can only help

1,000 yard receivers since he’s been receiver coach

RAIDERS
2009 - None
2010 - None
2011 - None

JETS
2012 - None
2013 - None
2014 - None

BILLS
2015 - Sammy Watkins (1,047)
2016 - None

COLTS
2017 - None

This guy has been part of some of the worst offenses in football. Some seasons the top receiver didn’t even top 750 yards. Now he wasn’t the offensive coach, so there is that. But man, talk about coaching up a bunch of nobodies.

If you have Jerry Jones personal info, go ahead and forward this to him if you would. Thanks
