What I ment was not one or the other but get rid of both and appoint somebody outside the organization?
That's what I would do if I was the owner.

You’re never going to get rid of both. Once Jerry passes on or can’t physically run the team anymore Stephen will. If I owned the team I would hire a solid head coach and allow them to run the football operations just like the Cowboys did when Jimmy was here and like what the Pats do with Belichick. Allow the HC to make all the football decisions. They’ll get input from the staff that they put together and they’ll make the final decisions on personnel.

The only way he holds that trophy again is if he's incapacitated and unable to do the "day to day" operations.

Jerry will never truly die. He'll just have his body cryogenically frozen and they will revive him when the technology is available.

I think you are on to something. Last year the arrow was pointing way up. This year much less so. I'm not sure which one to believe. Probably somewhere in between.

We need another good draft and udfa class to keep the arrow pointing in the right direction. If Dak isn't a franchise QB then the arrow may go sharply down.

This, exactly. Scary. Everything really hinges on Dak.

I try to remain hopeful, I really do...but it’s getting harder to see it happening.

not sure I think he's already sold his soul and a couple of his kids for the last ones. If he starts selling the grand kids soul maybe. I hope he doesn't touch the one they call "pizzaface"..

I know the Jones family is here to stay but if I owned the team no Jones family member would be let near the football side of the businesses.

No. He’s still chasing the past... and is far to loyal to bum coaches and players.

I pray Stephen jones is as ruthless Kraft and co with the pats

Don't know if he will win one before he dies, but. I'm certain he won't win one after he dies.

Your kidding....right? Jerrah and his 1000 lb ego ran off the only true coach/GM the team has had since he took over it. That was 20+ years ago, and the dust continues to collect....
