Thanks guys! Your hate has driven this team all season long. Don't stop now. The Eagles love this. They were the best team all season long. Not one excuse (unlike another team I can think of) no matter what happened. They have the best DL and OL in the league. They just embarrassed the second best team In the conference. And you want to know the best part of this is? All you guys can do is get mad! And all you guys have to look forward to is Carson Wentz next year. And for all those questioning whether Carson will be ready, he's currently a month ahead of schedule according to his doctor.
There are lubed up poles by the stadium go get cha one

I'll watch it because I'm a football fan. I don't want either team to win, but one has to.
I'm divided on who I want to win. I'm tired of the Patriots and, although I have mad respect for Brady and said early in his career he'd have 7 Super Bowl rings before he retired, I want to see a team dethrone him once again.

I wish the Eagles weren't the team in position to do it. If they lose, we'll have another year to mock their Super Bowl futility. If they win, maybe Jerry Jones will see it doesn't take five years to build a Super Bowl winner, just need the right coach. Maybe he fires Garrett and gets a real coach. Maybe he gets so jealous of Lurie and the Eagles, he recommits himself to do whatever it takes to get another Lombardi.

At least I can hope.
Pretty much how I see it.
I like foles so rooting for him,
But like today's games, may the best team win.
So sure I will watch.

All I've watched of the playoffs so far is slips of the Pats game today on NFL.com.

Anything that makes the numbers look bad for Goodell, I'm all for. Zeke and the protests. Screw Goodell.

NFL is to great to skip, one of my biggest gripes is Cowboys fans only watching the Cowboys to call them the greatest, our talent level has been overstated the past 10 years, EVERY YEAR.

I won't watch the entire thing. Usually don't care to waste 4 hours watching two teams I don't care for, SB or not

Will not watch. Hope the Eagles lose, but I have better ways to spend 3+ hours on a Sunday than watching two franchises I despise play each other.

I’ll watch. I don’t get the hate for the Patriots - is it because they win too much? I actually like Brady. He’s the best quarterback of all time and we won’t have many more seasons, let alone Super Bowls, to watch him play.

Joe Montana, Brett Favre - they were both enemies and I disliked them when they went against the Cowboys. But I loved watching them play - the same way I love watching Brady play.

And besides that, I’m going to enjoy another delicious choke by the Eagles in a Super Bowl.

I always have a Superbowl party at my house and this year will be no different ... but this year I have been more disinterested in the NFL as a whole then any year I can remember starting with the Zeke investigation "witch hunt" then you had the whole kneeling controversy and you also have the whole catch rule that every time it's brought into play everyone in the world says it should be a catch but it's a stupid rule that needs to be changed ( then in the off season they leave it as is )

Then came the playoffs and I actually had hope going into the championship games that some good could come out of this season something different I wanted a Jags vs Vikings Superbowl two teams that I wouldn't mind either of them winning and neither of them have ever won it so something fresh ... I should have known that the league wouldn't allow any of that seeing the Patriots get in again with the same old crap of league favoritism makes me sick and going against the Eagles I truly have no one to root for ... Going right along with the direction the NFL is going I think this Superbowl might end up as the lowest rated one on record I live in Las Vegas and it's basically a melting pot of different fans of all teams and NO ONE wanted the Patriots in this game except maybe Patriots fans and NO ONE likes the Eagles except Eagles fans not even as a feel good underdog team probably because the fan base of the Eagles is so obnoxious. So yes I'll still have the game on at my house but I'll hardly pay attention to it and eat and socialize more this year I even know die hard NFL fans that have already said they will just go to work this year instead of taking the day off for the game.

How many people that have to work on Sunday have the option of taking it off besides food service people? When I’ve had to work weekends it’s usually for something there wasn’t an option to take off

I work at a strip hotel in the service industry been at the same spot for 24 years as have most my co workers, we have extras that can fill in for the full time staff for the most part and we can put in for single day vacation Flex days I put in for Superbowl Sunday every year when the NFL schedule is released and never have a problem getting it off ... If they don't approve someones Flex on Superbowl Sunday I'm sure they will just call in anyway.

Nope I will be watching to cheer on TB12. I love watching the greats and it will make it even better to see him beat the beagles and keep that case empty.

The Patriots were called for 1 penalty against the Jaguars. It is the fewest penalties called on one team in a playoff game since the 2011 AFC Championship... when the Patriots were called for 1 penalty in a win over the Ravens.o_O

League is fixed.

Just keep this going....:igglestrophy:

Holy crapp!!!

Not suprising, but still shocking nonetheless.

And this on the heels of the other crapp that went on this season. NFL's going to start losing revenue if they don't watch it. I guess they though putting NE back in would help, but I'm thinking it will have the opposite effect, esp on something so blatant.

i can see this being the case and it's why I can't stand the patriots. if something isn't up, everyone gets at least a holding call or 2 game, unless they are losing badly because they aren't trying hard enough to block. It reeks of favoritism.

anyway, no good in this Superbowl. either one of our biggest rivals wins, or another team becomes 2nd to win 6 superbowls before us, when we've had over 20 years to get there. bleh.

Unfortunately this won’t be accurate. Besides Dallas, NE gets the highest ratings in the league. Every other fan base besides Dallas will want to watch to see NE lose. It’s the LeBron effect. Philly will shut the city down so you know they’ll all be watching.

I decided to root for the pats, after all we can catch them and pass them in bowls, but denying the birds is priceless.
