Yea well he payed parcells also but coaching staffs arr about more than one coach and also about making changes when needed and Jerry has stuck with guys because he doesn’t want to eat the money and pay someone else at the same time

Richard may not be ready for the coordinator’s job. He didn’t do it long in Seattle and was fired. Just relax, fans. Be happy that we hired a guy who is supposedly a proven commodity as a great secondary coach, which is why he was given the C opportunity. I don’t care if he ever becomes our DC as long as he does what he does best with this young secondary and figures out what to do with Byron Jones.
