WIth Mayfield, he needs the right situation. I think if he is put into a savior situation, it is not right for him.

In fact, all of the top QBs in the draft, Rosen, Darnold, Jackson and Mayfield, need some care. Some more than others.

He still has to somehow prove he can protect the passer. Otherwise, a team is assuming he can be a good 3rd down back without that.

He is good, but not worth taking as a traditional bell cow back.

I watched Mountain West games with Allen this year. He can make any throw, you just might not have anyone catch it.

Highly overrated. Paxton Lynch redux. He'll still go high because of the QB premium, but I wouldn't take him even over Mayfield.
