Injury for one. A lot of these kids think they are better than they are and don't necessarily want to compete. You even see it at the Combine.

If that were a valid reason (ie, for limiting the game to seniors only), it would rule out even having the game to begin with... you get that, right?

So, I'm still left wondering... historically, yes, the game originated at a time when only seniors were drafted... but that's long-since went by the boards.
