And how far is that? 13-3 in 2016, last year no Elliot for 6 games, 40% of the o-line shuffled, T. Smith out a couple of games and sub-par most of the rest, 3 new secondary starters, Irving suspended as well. Lee out a couple of games and J. Smith still green and still recovering from the knee injury.

Yes, we're still stuck with Garrett, Linehan and Marinelli, but this team isn't the Browns or the Jets or the Bears, et al.

Cowboys aren't that far out of SB contention, with a couple of good draft picks and another year of camp and pre-season for the newer players, this team can make noise in the next year.

Exactly. Eagles are better, and pointing and laughing at someone better than you is lame. I’m angry at Jerry and Jason not the eagles. No one to blame but the cowboys themselves for 20 years of nothing.
