Celebrities You Like and Celebrities You Hate

I figure certain celebrities you enjoy watching over and over and there is also celebrities you cannot stand.

Like
Clint Eastwood is probably my favorite actor . Almost all of his movies I enjoy.All his Spaghetti Westerns I love and will watch all of them over and over.

Robert DeNiro & Joe Pesci -in any of the gangsters movies I love. Good Fellas or Casino I am watching it even though I have seen it hundreds of times.

Louis Gossett Jr.-I never thought he got the credit he deserved,but there is very little movies he did that I did not enjoy.

Lee Ermey-Just him in Full Metal Jacket was awesome!!! He is a very talented actor and was a real Marine Corps Drill Instructor and his stare could make most people p*** their pants.

Sandra Bullock-She is pretty but knows how to act. She usually does a very good job acting.




Hate
John Cusack-truthfully most of his movies it is like he shouldn't be the handsome lead role because to me he looks just ordinary. He is not the big bad action star,or the cute Johnny Depp type of lead. I just really do not know why he gets roles???

Josh Harnett-his acting is below par. He sounds like he has permanent brain freeze because he talks so slow.

Ben Affleck-The guy has won so many Razzies because he is not a good actor. Him playing Batman is a bore vs guys like Christian Bale & Michael Keaton.

Sarah Jessica Parker- Who ever said she is a sex symbol??? She has beady eyes,horseface,and ooooh that wart on her chin was such a turn on!!!! .NOPE!!!

Feel you on Jon Cusack (such a punchable face) and comes off as an arrogant ace in every role. I did like room 1408 though despite his acting. SJParker is a butterface, etc.

If you are a big fan of R Lee Ermey check out The Boys in Company C which is Vietnam war movie that was released in 78 in which Ermey plays a D.I. While not as good as Full Metal its still a pretty decent movie. He was also in Siege of Firebase Gloria which is also decent but not as good as the other 2 mentioned.

Agreed about ole horseface Sarah Jessica Parker...........she always looked like a horse to me. Don't find her attractive whatsoever.

Probably going to catch a lot of flak for this but I agree about Robin Williams, never thought he was funny in the least. Watched his stand up as well as TV/Movies and have no clue why he is considered funny.

It started out that they played Mrs. Doubtfire every time it rained during recess and just grew an unhealthy hate for that movie (broke school ) Then saw other stuff, like bits of his stand up and some other movies and was just too manic for my tastes (even as a kid).

Tom Hanks was good in some movies but his comedy was annoying.When he gets that high pitch whine going was irritating. He I think did good in "A League of their Own","Forrest Gump".and "Cast Away" everything else to me was below par,even "The Davinci Code".... His early movies were crap the best was probably "Big" some of the stuff now like "Sully" or that one with Julia Roberts I had no interest in seeing. That "Circle" movie was awful He wasn't the reason it was completely awful.but he couldn't save that stinkbomb.

Matt Damon had some good work earlier but I think he has just cashed it in in his last few films. I think the movie companies hype him up so people think it's going to be a great film and it's just average.

I like Jack Nicholson also

Jake Gyllenhahl had some good movies like "Donnie Darko" & "The Good Girl",but that movie "LIFE" was awful.

Johnny Depp had some very good movies but those Pirates of Carribean movies were awful. Depp sold out for the money vs good roles. He did great in "Black Mass" which I do not think he got the credit he deserved in that film. I heard Johnny Depp has debt and a alcohol problem and might have a drug problem again.They said that last Pirates of the Carribean movie he was very difficult to work with. One day he was there ,the next he was too messed up to work.



Also I hate
Most of these rappers turn into actors. The only one who to me did real good was ICE T. He was good in "Trespass" & "Surviving the Game"

Kirsten Dunst-just not pretty enough to me for the lead roles she gets. I believe Hollywood picks unattractive women sometimes for these roles because women won't feel intimidated by a not so pretty girl. You notice that the women who get those Cover Girl or Maybelline sponsorships are not very attractive. Sarah Jessica Parker,Ellen DeGenres,Queen Latifah....

I agree on Al Michaels also would add Bob Costas. I say let those two share a booth on a sports event and they will kill each other trying to top each other.Both think they are bigger than the sport they are covering. Really both need to shut up.

Yes I agree he gives those preaching lectures of how we all should act or feel in movies is annoying. I know it's just a movie but it ran it's course like his whining comic bit.

Agree they both projected themselves above sports but I got some respect for Costas. I have very little for Michaels.

Their are actors and actresses I like more than others and there are ones I don't like as much as others.

With that said...there are only a very very few that I just cannot stand to watch.

Jane Fonda - Not going to get into it and I don't suggest others do either as it is political...we can just leave it at that. I will not watch a movie I know she is in.

Sally Struthers and Jean Stapleton - Could not stand to watch Archie Bunker show because of those two...It was the voices...just fingers on a chalk board to me.

Fran Dresher is the same...the voice.

Lots of good stars out there but a personal favorite of mine is Gene Hackman. I like whatever role he acts in.

Christian Slater is another memorable one.

-Ernest Borgnine (another actor who didn't seem to get a lot of accolades)
-Claude Atkins (one of the great character actors of all time)

Despise:

-Tom Cruise (The movie has to be damn good for me to put up with his face for two-hours)
-Adam Sandler (I don't know how anyone in the world could think this guy is funny)
