Proof?

Linky?

Quotes that he doesn't take input from others and makes decisions entirely on his own?

Every decision maker takes input from others. That has nothing to do with control. Nobody makes the decisions for the Dallas Cowboys other than Jerry Jones. He is the final decision maker. You have to influence him to decide one way or the other because he, and only he, has the power.

Yes I do.

Here it is,....

http://www.dallascowboys.com/team/staff/roster/jerry-jones

Owner, President and General Manager.

Now you prove why he's acting as something other than his job titles.

I suggest taking a trip on Mr. Rogers' trolley for this, Mike. Toot toot.

And that means he's making every single decision... Without input... EVERY DECISION.

You need to get out of your mother's basement once in a while and see how the real world is there ace.

And he must have used that power to not sign any over-priced free agents.

Good!

Then we're making progress.

you guys are so funny.
So the Jones cant take their phones to the Bahamas?
So they dont know who was coming available and have not discussed value and dollars?

Our Citgo reps went to Venezuela to discuss current ownership problems and were thrown into prison for being spies. They are still there now...

Vacation times?

Typically I tend to take a step back when the majority of fans freak out, panic and think the sky is falling over matters that we aren't in full possession of the facts.
Some fans act like we have a bottomless pot of gold (good timing for this reference) and have to sit in the same room throughout all of free agency.
I know everyone wants the biggest FA names/players but there's a lot to consider. Imagine if we paid a butt=load of money to some of the players who are asking more than we should spend. Fans would lose their minds.

Stop with your common sense sorcery. It didnt work at the other site, Be damned if it will work here too my friend.

If the DFW media had a spine they'd hold this front office accountable.

The fans deserve better than this.

Yeah I really dont think thats an issue. DFW media has been busting Jerry's nuggets since Feb of 1989 at any chance they get.

I'd take the week off too... It's nothing but stupid money flowing in week one of free agency.

Do you think that the salaries will decrease next year? It's the cost of doing business, if you don't want to play then you don't want to compete, if you don't want to compete then you should sell the team to someone who does.

Do I see Romo and Jason Witten in this pic?

Wow he really is Tony Romo-Jones. Wow!!!!!!!!!
What kind of organization is this, thank God for social media.

As a GM this should never happen I don't care how fond you are of the player, this just doesn't look right. What do the other players think of this?

What an empty statement. Full of hyperbole, bluster and not much else.

This.

They were fortunate enough to get their hands on a franchise that was a gold mine and one of the biggest brands in America.

If Jerry Jones were successful in buying the San Diego Chargers back in the day, this crap style of management wouldn't fly. They wouldn't be able to just mail it in and watch money roll in based simply off the brand and notoriety of the franchise.

When people give Jerry credit for what the Cowboys are I tell them: THE COWBOYS WERE THE MOST POPULAR SHOW IN ALL OF TELEVISION PRIOR TO JERRY. He just found a way to milk it for all it's worth.
