With the release of Dez (agree or disagree), sane cowboy fans should be able to at least agree that Garret has no process and should probably retire the term from his vernacular. Fact is that there is no grand plan or football philosophy to buy into. Our defensive philosophy changes with the wind and coach du jour. The offensive philosophy of Jason Garret is stale, inflexible, and ridiculed by opposing defenses since at least 2008.

The entire organization is essentially managed by crisis and decisions made by factional tug-of-wars more akin to Game Of Thrones than an NFL football team.......which might explain why this team still moves tv ratings. Folks used to watch Dallas to marvel at the efficiency, innovation, and cleverness of coaching under Landry, and then the speed and ferocity under Jimmy Johnson. Now they watch to laugh, but its all money to the Jones boys. Respect and credibility are too high a price to pay b/c it would require them to retire to the owners suite.

Go Cowboys but to heck with the Jones boys and Garret.

But Garrett will need to come up with a process to oust the process.
Heck his brain main explode of processing how process the dumping of the process.

The. He will need to come up with a slogan for a t-shirt. And that in itself is a process. He will then need to stack processes on top of processes. Then review the film to determine if the process was in need of a process.

Or maybe the process is actually a search for a process?

Or maybe he is just selling the fans an excuse for the poor performance of the Cowboys, just keep coming to the games and buy the Dallas Cowboys uniforms. It really is just about the money.

Mentioned Garrett 3 times and misspelled it each time.

The process is getting a team full of guys that don't question why we suck and fall on the sword to save face for Garrett. I hope he gets his wish because I want to see the look on his face when he's confronted about why we suck and doesn't have a semi malcontent player or good buddy "coach" to throw under the bus.

Garrett's process included cutting Dez so I'm starting to see his mad science coming together.

Trade Garrett anywhere for a can of soda and a CFL player to be named later....................Even much later , if need be...................

We’ve churned the roster damn near 100%, cut guys, let guys walk, changed the draft approach, changed the free agency approach.

Results are the same and the one recent constant is Jason Garrett. We will remain an 8-8 team that either overachieves massively because the players all play amazing or we’ll fall entirely apart. Garrett and Linehan need to go.

Process = excuses...... that's the process and people support this bs... oh yeah the "jerry agenda and jason has jerry's ear crap".......when is an earthquake going to swallow up the stadium so Jerry will have to hire a real coach again.. sheesh

Welcome back Cash. Nice post.

Sick of this trash. Dez Bryant’s contract was problematic, yes, but how you waive Dez and Linehan remains employed is beyond me.

Like I’ve said, I can’t ******* wait to see Zeke get 4 touches in the second half of games after running for 6.5 ypc in the first half. Linehan should’ve been ******* fired the instant he called three straight pass plays inside the damn 5 yard line with a weak Seattle run defense and the fans chanting Zeke’s name in Zeke’s return from suspension - that series honestly ended up making the difference between playoffs and no playoffs. Absolutely ridiculous.

Problem is finding a strong coach willing to work with this dysfunctional front office. A young inexperienced guy wont have the skins on the wall to command the jonses attention and the best coaches aren't leaving their jobs. If stephen can oust jerry (keep him quiet) and atleast unify the office they could turn things around with or without garret.
