The swearing just seemed weird and forced for some reason? I swear a lot but I like to mix it up. Not just the f word every third ***** word? lol
He sure wasn't Red Foxx in his delivery; some can cuss, some just know the words. Then again, what's the point of going full Metal Jacket on them knowing he doesn't have any authority anyway via SJ/JJ's nepotism established around the locker room.

For some reason I'm reminded of the father from A Christmas Story.

"I had heard that word at least 10 times a day from my old man. My father worked in profanity the way other artists might work in oils or clay. It was his true medium; a master. In the heat of battle my father wove a tapestry of obscenities that as far as we know is still hanging in space over Lake Michigan."

My best case scenario for Red is that of a high school chemistry teacher / goober who says things like ‘golly’ and ‘shucks’’ buy at the same time is the guy that’s says, “awe shucks Dez, it seems like your production fell off every year after you got paid and by golly- Dak is probably a better quarterback without you, so we are cutting you.”

I've never seen a team quit on Garrett.

Say what you want, but that's rare.

I'm in the middle on him as a coach, but 28 fan bases hate their coach.

If not him, who? Jerry doesn't hire big names.

That has to be the stupidest comparison you can possibly make. Landry had an expansion team and had the team fighting with the Lombardi Packers in year seven. Garrett took over a playoff team with a franchise QB and ended up making stupid mistakes that cost the team playoff spots and lost win or go home games to division rivals in each of his first three seasons. Please remind me what Garrets playoff record is again? To even mention Garrett with Landry is the ultimate insult to the great Tom Landry.

1-7 isn't getting you to the playoffs.

How can any player, other than fringe JAGS, really respect a HC who works for Jerry Jones?

In the @30 seasons he’s owned the team, Jerry has had two “tough guy” head coaches — Jimmy and Parcells — and ran them both off because they wanted too much autonomy over roster decisions.

Jason Garrett is a yes-man/company lackey who’s enjoying the only HC job he’ll ever have in the NFL. And Jones will continue to swap out, as he’s done before, every other coach before he fires his good boy.

Except for the perpetually blind, pom-pom swinging homers, everybody who follows the Cowboys and the NFL understands this — ESPECIALLY veteran players.

22 seasons, two playoff wins and not even ONE NFC Champ appearance (don’t even mention the SB) doesn’t lie.

I was born, grew up and still live in Tom Landry land way down in the southern tip of Texas (Rio Grande Valley). Trust me, there is no better coach of All Time than Tom Landry is in my heart and soul. Period! But he didn't coach his first winning season until his 7th season as coach. Didn't win his first playoff game until his 8th season as coach. Didn't win his second playoff game until his 11th season.

Now compare that to Garrett?

In Garrett's first season, he took over halfway through the 2010 season after the Cowboys started 1-7 and led the team to a 5-3 second half of the season. That is a winning record for his 1st year as head coach. Then he led the team to three 8-8 seasons until he finally led the team to a 12-4 record by his 5th year and his first playoff win. Should have been at least 2 playoff wins that year and a trip to the NFC Championship Game if it wasn't for the crooked officials ruling incomplete what should have been a Dez catch at the 1 yard line. Then he had the 4-12 season the following year in 2015 when Romo could not stay healthy. 2016, Dak and Zeke came along and helped Garrett lead the team to a 13-3 record and what should have been another playoff win if it hadn't been for the crooked officials once again. Last year in 2017, even though the Cowboys didn't reach the playoffs for various reasons/issues, they still finished with a winning 9-7 record and 1 regular season game win away from reaching the playoffs once again.

So, say what you want about Garrett, he has started his head coaching career better than the Great Coach Tom Landry. If you can't deal with that fact, tough cookies.

Well that didn’t look scripted at all. Lol. That Italian sub comment was ominous and scary. He really described it hard.
